These terms apply to every visit to levalmier.com and every order placed on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Le Valmier operates this store. Our details are in the Legal Notice.

Products
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. If you browse in another currency, prices are converted, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. Your card details are never stored by us.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case, you are refunded in full.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 5 business days and costs €4.95, free on orders of €55 or more. We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 60-day policy extends that period. It does not replace it.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, including the legal guarantee that a product matches its description. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will put it right.

Reviews
When you submit a review, you allow us to publish it on our site with your first name and last initial.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Le Valmier or is used with permission. It may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Liability
We are responsible for the pieces we sell and for delivering them as described. We are not responsible for losses that could not be foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first. We read every message ourselves. Consumers in Portugal can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (livroreclamacoes.pt) or an alternative dispute resolution entity listed at consumidor.gov.pt.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
