Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery follows two speeds.
- Standard shipping — 5 to 8 business days, €8.99. Free on orders over €99.
- Express shipping — 3 to 5 business days, €11.45.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times begin once an order leaves our hands, not at checkout. A confirmation email with tracking follows every dispatch.
Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price of shipping.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method. We'll confirm by email at each step.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Items showing signs of wear, or returned outside the 14-day window, will not be accepted.
Privacy
Le Valmier collects only what is needed to run this store well: to take your order, ship it, keep your account secure, and communicate with you when necessary.
What we collect. Contact and shipping details, payment information (processed securely, never stored by us directly), order history, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
How we use it. To fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support, secure your account, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Who we share it with. Shopify, our e-commerce platform, and the service providers required to operate the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of certain data sharing for advertising purposes — Shopify's own privacy tools make this available to you.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you live in the UK or European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Retention and security. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. No online system is fully secure, and we recommend against sending sensitive information through unencrypted channels.
Children. This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
Changes. This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
