Before you write
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and standard shipping takes about 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I return or exchange a piece?
You have 60 days from delivery, and return shipping is on us. Just send us your order number on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll send you everything you need. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and check your return, we refund you to your original payment method. Full details are on our Shipping & returns page.
What are the pieces made of?
We work with 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and 14k, 18k or 24k gold plating. Each product page lists its exact material.
Can you help me choose a gift?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with who it’s for and your budget, and we’ll suggest a few pieces. Every order arrives in our own packaging, ready to give.
